Daunting task ahead for Rapatona coach
INSPAC RAPATONA coach team has a major assignment on hand
when they take on Hekari United in main game of Telikom-sponsored National
Soccer League challenge at Telikom Park in Port Moresby tomorrow.
Head coach Kisakiu Posman and his assistant/trainer Cafu Clement Anisan will
have to play their substitute card right when they take on Hekari.
Both
Posman and Cafu will rely on the experiences of Diau cousins of Solomon
Island – Robert and Lawrence, skipper Russel Inai, Kialou Pouru, lanky Ricky
Mesak and Percy Mataio to see them through.
In the midfield, Rapatona will bank on their veteran and supersub – Selan
Elijah, John Baulo and Tapas Posman to add a bit of tonic in their attack.
United after without any game due to incompetence of NSL secretariat of
organizing ticket will be all out firing against Rapatona.
Coach Jerry Allan is likely to field a full strength team against the Manus
boys. Certainly, the Solomon Islanders playing in opposing camp will want to
stamp their mark in this grudges match.
In the other game, Welgris Highlands will take on Gelle Hills.
The Hills after their disappointing performance against Inspac Rapatona last
week will want to make amend this weekend.
Coach Wesley Waiwai must make good use of his bench players. Against
Rapatona, had Waiwai include Desmond Waku who can master Hills out of
troubles when the tough gets going in high intense game.
Waku and Steven Mali, two of the most exciting players who can create havoc
against any opposition on the day.
Hills will rely on Winnie Tau and Naime Kepi in the midfield and front.
Skipper Nathan Vincent must start calling for support if need and must talk
a lot to keep his boys alert on full 90 minutes.
The Highlanders on the other hand will bank of their coach Pius Letenge for
his word of wisdom in making substitute.
Letenge has proved that he would one day make a name of himself in NSL as
top coach.
