DISCIPLINE forces, teachers and some statutory bodies are not covered under the 3% lump sum payout for public servants, Public Employees Association (PEA) president Michael Malabag said yesterday.
The PEA president said that the agreement signed between the Government and the union was for public servants covered under the Public Service Management Act.
He said the discipline forces and some statutory organisations had their own Act and had separate arrangements with the Government.
