Investigation needed to save Aiyura

IT is interesting to note that Aiyura National High School seems to have been very quiet since the uproar in the media early this year. Perhaps students and locals got their “man” in, so all went well for them.
However, I urge the authorities to check out the following incidents, which have allegedly raised eyebrows.
They include:
l Staff members who failed their inspection for registration being given senior subject masters (SSM) promotional positions;
l Long serving officers being relegated to expressive arts positions;
l HOD positions being given to staff who are not qualified; and
l Officers who have worked hard to maintain Aiyura’s standards being transferred out and replaced by unqualified officers, who have no sense of moral or ethical values or have PNG in their hearts.
The above are just the tip of an iceberg. A full-scale investigation needs to be done to save Aiyura before selfish individuals who have nothing but their own interests at heart destroy it.
