Address NBC’s issues

Letters

THE National Broadcasting Corporation has a proud history and was there through thick and thin since independence.
However, the appointment of new board members and the managing director leaves a lot to be desired.
The workers the backbone of this organisation but many have been mistreated by the current management and the board.
They have been denied regular fortnightly wages while overtime work is not paid, emergency advances are not entertained and the general feeling of rejection is been felt and experienced at this once proud and happy broadcaster.
All this is caused by the simple inaction and incompetency of the acting managing director and the board chairman.
While I do not want to delve into what is going on at the NBC, it will only be proper if the minister responsible takes action to immediately deal with this two men and their cronies.
