THE Australian and PNG Industrial Expo will again be held in Port Moresby on August 9 and 10 next year.
Trade show organisers managing director Patrick McElligott said it would showcase a wide range of activities and opportunities available to those seeking to access the PNG market, with new products and services on display – a valuable asset for local businesses.
“The event continues to be focused on ensuring government and business come together to engage and share information and ideas in order to develop and build strong relationships for the future,” he said.
“This event is a platform for businesses to hear firsthand about the current projects and opportunities available within the sector in Papua New Guinea.
“And as occurred at last year’s highly successful event, this will be backed by the invaluable updates being presented by some of the country’s leading industry experts.”
Due to the enormous support from PNG businesses at the Industrial and Resources Exhibition in July this year, organisers have confirmed they will return next year.
A new team is behind the event.
“Trade show organisers welcome Kirsty Harper, with many years’ experience in event management, and Kathleen Tabua, a resident local who knows the industry exceptionally well.”
