B’ville names boxers for Arawa

THE Bougainville Amateur Boxing Association has named two squads for the upcoming SP National Boxing Championships in Arawa, Autonomous Region of Bougainville, next month.
The boxing tournament will run from September 5-9.
Silver medalist Maxie Mangea heads team one which was released by the association on Monday.
The other centre confirmed are Manus, Namatanai, Kavieng, East and West New Britains, Wewak, Lae, Gulf, Kairuku, NCD and Hiri while Mekeo, Oro, Bulolo, Goroka, Hagen, Simbu, Jiwaka, Aitape and Tabubil are yet to confirm.

Meanwhile, the Namatanai Boxing Association have also announced its team for the Arawa championships.
