HE Goroka local level government council has been operating in a way that has failed to serve the majority of the people.
Services have never been delivered fairly and equally.
Even the workers at the LLG have no superannuation payroll deduction plan in place, whereas the casual workers in supermarkets in town have their share of benefits injected into a superannuation fund.
The council’s management team should be replaced and its operations investigated.
Goroka has a new MP, so likewise it now needs a new and vibrant management team.
