A NEW television company plans to launch its new local channel PNG TV on satellite.
News manager Belinda Kora (pictured) of CLICK TV PNG said since it went to air in 2015, it was able to provide coverage to homes nationwide via its terrestrial satellite platforms.
“It is now preparing to launch a new-look PNG TV channel on satellite to reach homes throughout the country,” she said.
She said it would offer television viewers a choice keeping loyal or new viewers informed of what they needed to know to make better choices in life.
“This will also raise the standard of reporting, entertainment and programme. It also offers another option for citizens to keep themselves in the loop during the general election.”
Kora said Click had also made its name in production having produced the 2016 “We are you … We are BSP campaign” for BSP in PNG and several Pacific Islands.
It also made TV commercials for Air Niugini and corporate videos for companies such as RD Tuna, MRDC, Kumul Petroleum and Steamships.
