District has nothing to show

SPEAKER of Parliament Theodore Zurenuoc’s statement about spending his District Services Improvement Programme funds should not go unchallenged.
He went to the extent of telling us about the amount he received under the DSIP funds and how he spent the funds this year.
I am more interested to know how he has spent all DSIP funds for the last 10 years as the Member for Finschafen.
I can see evidence of earth moving machines rusting away in odd places in his electorate.
I can see an incomplete police station next to his newly renovated cash and carry store.
I can see all bush material elementary school buildings rotting away.
And I can see incomplete staff housing for teachers.
It’s quite embarrassing to note the incomplete projects in Finschafen that were supposed to be funded under the DSIP.
If Zurenuoc must publish his achievements during his term in office then do so over the last 10 years.
If he has not improved our people lives then he should be ashamed and shut up.
Remember, the people will be waiting at the ballot boxes and only fools will vote for you.
