ENB group invests in K90m project

THE EAST New Britain Development Group of Companies are investing in sustainable businesses for the future of the province and its people, says managing director and chief executive officer, William Lamur.
He announced on Monday in Kokopo that the group was finalising arrangements to invest in a K90 million seven-storey building in Port Moresby.
“This is after securing a very significant loan from Bank of South Pacific that we are signing off this week,” he said.
Work on this development should start before year end and take 15 months to be completed.
He said another positive development was the completion of an K18 million redevelopment of two supermarkets in Port Moresby that would specialise in retail.
Lamur thanked the group’s various boards, management and staff for the support and progress to date and looked forward to the same commitment and support in the implementation of their corporate plans.
He said this would continue to build value and returns to the group stakeholders.
