Stargroth special … Hunters fullback Stargroth Amean scored one of the tries of the Q-Cup season in round 25 against Tweed Heads Seagulls. Chasing an Ase Boas bomb, the No.1 soared above his Tweed opposite Jayden Baker to gather in the ball before a spectacular forward roll over the Seagulls line.
He was swamped by teammates after his effort, but despite that special moment in the game, the Hunters lost the match 26-18.
The Hunters squad are in Kimbe, West New Britain, prearing for their major semifinal against the Redcliffe Dolphins at the National Football Stadium on Sunday.
