Good leaders need to have open dialogue

MANY people of this country are so obsessed with their past failures. We cannot change the past but we can change the future.
This is so important for the citizens of this country to understand as this is the basis for individual successes and of the country.
Only when we let go off past failures and even successes, we will move on to a new dimension of winning.
As the saying goes, don’t wait till tomorrow what you can do toda
Where you are now is a reflection of your past thoughts and actions.
Where you are going to be is utterly up to you. You are the captain of your own ship. You are the one who stands between you and your success. It is not the circumstances, it is not the environment, it is not even the people around you, but you.
Papua New Guinea is so rich with resources such as minerals, forests, and so on.
However, the saddest fact is, we are lacking on the most important resources which is the human resources.
As a patriot of this nation, I urge all of you citizens of this nation to give your very best in whatever endeavor you are pursuing whether it be work or academic and only then will Papua New Guinea regain its full force of human resources.
On the same token, I encourage all the people of this country not to be content with your current position whether it be at work, at school or even on the streets of the towns of this great nation.
