Kapavore ready to take on role

POMIO MP-elect Elias Kapavore is looking forward to playing a significant role in the new government.
He said that in Alotau yesterday when giving a sneak preview of developments in the next five years.
Kapavore said he was a People’s National Congress Party MP-elect and that was why he was in Alotau.
“I am a PNC Party member and I cannot let the party down,” he said.
“That’s why I’m here. I went into the election as a PNC Party member and I’m really thankful to the people of Pomio for voting me back.”
He said Pomio remained a large, undeveloped area of the country which he would be working towards addressing.
“The way things are going, we are already in government,” Kapavore said.
