Kokopo, ENB voters unhappy

THE people of Kokopo and East New Britain voted out People’s National Congress candidate Tobaining and Sir Leo Dion to end PNC’s rule in East New Britain.
And now the Kokopo MP has joined the PNC.
I hope the member understands his own maiden speech.
The voters of East New Britain and Kokopo wanted a change in government.
