LLG councillors must update common rolls

Letters

THROUGHOUT Papua New Guinea, almost half of the population didn’t have their names in the electoral roll and our rights to put our hands on the ballot papers had been refused.
Some people have been deployed to each of the provinces to update the common roll by the electoral commission.
The next national common roll update must be done with the full support of all the local level government councillors.
Councillors, you’re mandated by your small group of people to do such tasks to avoid such inconveniences.
Let’s not point our fingers to other persons, your one finger is pointed at him but all other four fingers are coming back towards yourself.
Let’s not wait for PNG to do it for us but we must do it for PNG
