POLICE are looking for a security guard who is facing a charge of sexual touching.
Dickson Kombos, 24 and from Mendi, Southern Highlands, allegedly touched the sexual parts and genitals of a female colleague on March 13 at the Kanudi Puma Energy Depot, National Capital District.
A warrant of arrest was issued for Kombos on Tuesday by the Waigani Committal Court after he had failed to appear twice.
The court heard that Kombos, while in custody, pleaded to the court to reduce his bail money from K300 to K150. The court allowed it.
Senior Magistrate Cosmas Bidar said Kombos did not appear in court on Aug 24 and Sept 6.
He ordered that Kombos’ bail be set aside and the matter return to court on Oct 12.
The court heard that both Kombos and the victim worked as security guards on March 13 when the alleged incident took place.
Police alleged that Kombos locked himself and the victim inside a guard house and allegedly sexually touched the victim without her consent.
Kombos allegedly let her go when she agreed to be his girlfriend.
