Northern MPs will continue to work together regardless of their colleague crossing over to the government as long as they have their people’s best interest at heart, Governor Gary Juffa says.
Commenting on the news of Ijivitari MP Richard Masere’s decision to join the government, Juffa said they pledged to work together despite whatever happened in their political careers.
“I don’t see a problem in regards to us working together, we’ve made that agreement that we will put aside any differences we may have for the common interest of the people of  Oro,” Juffa said.
“As long as that understanding is there, that there is an administration, assembly, provincial executive council and the chairman, there is respect for processes and procedures stipulated in the expenditure in public funds then I don’t see there being a problem.”
