Okapa finally sees change

THE perception that Okapa, in Eastern Highlands, needs an educated and highly qualified person to lead it should not be entertained by Okapians.
Okapa needs a change in leadership and change has finally come after more than 42 years of failed leaderships.
We Okapians believe that our new MP is qualified to be the CEO of Okapa and he will deliver and give back to us what is rightfully ours.
