How about a pay rise for teachers?

THE Education Minister has been reported as saying that he and the secretary will keep knocking on the door of Treasury to get funds for teachers’ leave fares.
Minister, please consider the three percentage salary increase for teachers who have waited out the year for a better pay packet.
An explanation from you would be appreciated.
