Pipeline deal completed

We have completed all the processes required to be paid for the pipeline running through our land. These includes clan vetting, ministerial determinations, and bank accounts for all clans.
Our brothers from segments 1-7 agree and have been supported for segment eight LOs to be paid seeing that everything is ready.
