PMSA to host Besta Cup

The Port Moresby Soccer Association (PMSA) will host the Southern Region Besta Cup football tournament next month.
Association president John Wesley Gonjuan confirmed the tournament would be held from Sept 15-18 at the Bisini Soccer grounds in Port Moresby.
He said preparations were underway and they were now calling for expressions of interest from member associations.
“I want to thank PNGFA for giving PMSA the opportunity to host the Besta regional tournament,” Gonjuan said. “With the backing of member affiliates, we aim to deliver a competition everyone can be proud of.”
Southern region competition manager Simon Koima said PNGFA would be expecting all member affiliates and associate members to feature in this tournament.
“Central, Gulf, Milne Bay, Western and Oro teams who are interested must affiliate to the current member associations.”
