Why PNC lost Morobe

IN response to Max Yakam’s letter ‘Basil comes under fire’ (The National Aug 2), Sam Basil is a born leader and he knows what he is doing.
What law states that we will miss out in the five years if we are in the opposition?  All districts in Morobe are tired of becoming the briefcase carrier.
We voted the People’s National Congress party out because we are sick and tired of corruption.
