Regrets over Polye defeat

Don Polye’s defeat at the polls in the 2017 general election is a great loss to Papua New Guinea and the highlands region.
I have been in party politics since 1977 when I started as the UPNG United Party branch president.
I saw from the early 1970s that the highlands region will be a powerhouse in party politics.
Polye in 2017 is history now.
