Restaurant owner thanks Brian Bell for space

A RESTAURANT owner in Lae has thanked Brian Bell for offering space to other businesses in its recently-opened plaza.
Zaffaran’s director Amin Samnani said their multi-cuisine restaurant was opened on Monday, the day the plaza was opened by Morobe Governor Kelly Naru. “What Brian Bell did is good. This is a multi-purpose shopping complex where you can come and shop, dine, and do business,” he said.
“We specialise in India food.
“We will be selling steak, fish, chicken, chips, veggies and more.
“Our style of cooking involves very less oil, hence, we will serve very healthy foods.”
Samnani said Lae had an excellent business environment with a lot of opportunities.
“With all the transition Lae is going through now, there are a lot of opportunities to do business here,” Samnani said.
Samnani said the company had branches in Port Moresby operating under different names.
They are employing 12 staff and hope to hire more when the business expands.
