Road safety officers in WNB

OFFICERS from the National Road Safety Council (NRSC) in Port Moresby have been sent to conduct road safety awareness in West New Britain.
NRSC coordinator of operations Hendry Mohe told The National that the awareness was mainly to educate people on their safety in using the 12 new two-lane bridges funded by the Asian Development Bank.
He said the people needed to be aware of the dangers and measures involved.
“The communities having access to Kimbe town using the new two-lane bridges need to know the dangers and the safety in using them,” Mohe said.
