Samoa link applauded

GOVERNOR-General Sir Bob Dadae has acknowledged the 38 years of  diplomatic relations between Papua New Guinea and Samoa when receiving the credentials of its new high commissioner.
He received the letters of credence from  its high commissioner Dr Kiliforti Eteuati at Government House on Tuesday.
Sir Bob welcomed Eteuati to PNG and assured him of the government’s support on his official responsibilities as the high commissioner to PNG.
Sir Bob asked Eteuati Ambassador to convey his warm and well wishies to the government and people of Samoa.
He assured the high commissioner of PNG’s stand in enhancing the bilateral relations through cooperation in fisheries, tourism, argiculture, education and cultural exchange.
