Shop aims to make quality coffee

Business

SUPERIOR Enterprise Limited trading the Kainantu Superior Coffee product range plans to produce top quality roasted coffee.
“With just two years in the business, we have about 301.2 hectares of coffee grown in Eastern Highlands,” KSC director Margaret Vaso said.
“Since 2007, we have been in the formal coffee business. In 2015, we decided to brand it. We are a family business and quality is our business ethos.
“We labour to bring out the best quality coffee from the farm to the cup so that you can enjoy a full-bodied, smooth aromatic coffee guaranteed to leave a lasting effect on your taste bud.
“We have six bags of fresh coffee brought here (Port Moresby) from Eastern Highlands and is stored at Konidobu.
“The packaging and roasting of the coffee beans are done here by our master roaster and barista Anton Buro, an Eastern Highlander as well. We are happy to be part of the second Digicel PNGWiB Expo here at the Steamships Hardware House in Waigani.”
They have received endorsements from samplers in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Philippines, Switzerland, Fiji and Solomon Islands.
“Our products are currently sold and served at Ela Beach Hotel, Holiday Inn, Boroko Foodworld, Vision City Figaro, and at the Jackson International Airport duty free shop.”
