“We are delighted that Kumul Petroleum and the ministry for energy have come together to hold something like this in the country and ExxonMobil PNG is delighted to be a gold sponsor for the summit and we fully support such initiatives,” Worrall said.
The summit gathered participants from the energy sector that ranged from joint venture companies of the PNG LNG project and upcoming Papua LNG with notable LNG (liquefied natural gas) buyers from the Asian market and operators to projects in various capacities.
This was also complimented with the public perspective with the presence of various heads of relevant government agencies.
There were more than 30 speakers over 12 sessions.

The three day summit would conclude today with an exclusive visit to the PNG LNG facilities site in Port Moresby.
