Suspicious roadblock needs explaining

Letters

THE suspicious roadblock along the Laloki-Hiritano Highway needs to be explained.
Provincial Police Commander Central Laimo Asi should explain to the travelling public why two policemen and a CPTA officer man a roadblock before the Laloki bridge in the mornings and charge a fee to motorists going through, either to or from Port Moresby.
They look suspicious. One of them is a special constable who was a CPTA officer. He lives in Laloki.
That officer swings a sub-machine gun around like a toy.
Over to you PPC ASI. Your response will be very much appreciated.
