Teachers still not paid

Many teachers on Bougainville have not been paid since the 2016 and 2017 auto suspension.
What is happening? We’ve suffered enough.
We’ve written many emails, made telephone calls and even travelled to Buka but nothing has been done?
We have been put off pay simply because some people are not doing their job.
Can the authorities look into this?  We are continuing to teach but at the end of the day we go home empty handed.
We cannot continue to live on borrowed money.
