Trukai gives K57,500 to society for cultural show

Trukai Industries Ltd has given K57,500 to the Morobe Agricultural Society in support of the Morobe Show.
It will be the 16th consecutive year Trukai is supporting the show with an estimated total sponsorship value worth more than K700,000.
Trukai Industries Ltd chief executive officer Greg Worthington-Eyre said the company had always been a strong supporter of the annual event, reflecting its commitment not just to the show but also to the overall development of the local agricultural and domestic rice industry.
He said Trukai was proud to support local events which generated revenue for the local economy and communities.
This year at the Morobe Show, Trukai will focus its activities on showcasing the exciting developments and innovative projects surrounding their local rice project activities.
