UPNG needs someone like Fr Jan Czuba

UPNG needs a very vibrant and top manager to get the institution out of its mess.
There are so many things that
are not right at this so-called premier university of the South Pacific.
Fr Jan Czuba is the ideal candidate for the job.
I appeal to Prime Minister to appoint him as soon as practical.
