PMV buses should always take the outside lane to allow them to stop at bus stops to drop anad collect passengers. However, most of the time, PMV buses switch lanes anywhere and anytime they want. Pictured is a PMV bus switching  lanes and risking the lives of the passangers on board and those in the other vehicles.
