When building new houses or facilities, it is a must that proper rubbish disposable areas be built so that the residents throw rubbish at the right place. Pictured is the back to the police barracks in North Waigani, Port Moresby. People throw rubbish at the back of the new barracks which is not the right place, leaving the area looking ugly and filty.
