WITNESS

A vehicle is in a drain near Kukpa along the Highlands Highway in Jiwaka recently.
A witness said the driver and others inside the vehicle were all under the influence of alcohol.
The people in the vehicle sustained minor injuries and were unconscious and rushed to Kudjip hospital in Jiwaka.
