Lack of maintenance has turned what used to be a small bump in the road into a drivers’ nightmare with this huge pothole in Boroko, Port Moresby. Due to the constant rain in the capital, these craters have filled with water as well as rubbish washed down from shop fronts and market nearby. This is not only an eye sore in this busy suburb, with the stagnant water and rubbish collection, this also poses a health hazard. We hope responsible authorities will see that the road is fixed and that proper drainage is in place.
