This huge pond at the Boram airport, Wewak used to be a beautiful sight, well-kept with beautiful lilies. Families or travelers often gather around this area over bites while waiting to catch their flights or wait for relatives. But not anymore. The pond is an eyesore, covered in overgrown shrubs.
