Last Friday in Lae during the heavy down fall almost half the city roads and footpaths at the Top Town were under water. This is due to poor engineering. These flooded roads and pathways came about when the construction of the cement roads were completed 6 years ago. Picture flooded road at 9 street Top Town, Lae.
