Women and obstacles

WOMEN are hindrances to themselves.
Among the educated women in this country, not many believe that womenfolks are able to lead, and this is evident by their lack of respect and the way they submit  to a woman who leads an organisation or plays a leading role.
Women are jealous of each other and cannot follow directives from other women.
When women start to respect each other, then equal representation will cease be an issue.
What we lack in this country is not equal representation, but a lack of self-respect among women.
