Storyboard would like to acknowledge corrections made by Edward G Manu (The National, July 5) to the June 3 Weekender article titled “A shattered dream”.
Storyboard expresses the deepest of apologies to the villagers of Galomarubu and, in particular, the Gimulu clan.
For all the misinformation provided, including attributes wrongly given to the late Richard Kini either for his involvement or non-involvement in the Bina Primary School project, I again apologise.
I thank Manu for pointing out these errors, including providing background information on Bina Primary School project.
I would like to invite Manu to consider supplying storyboard with related articles as a guest writer on schools such as Bina Primary school, which deserved to be discussed with respect in a newspaper’s column such as this.
I would also like to add here that Manu’s reaction to the storyboard column has been the most generous as far as feed-backs are concerned.
