‘Use free legal services’

VICTIMS of domestic and sexual violence in Morobe province are urged to use the free legal service set up to help them.
Gamoga and Company Lawyers was engaged by Minister for Health and HIV/AIDS and Huon Gulf MP Sasa Zibe through the Huon district administration to provide the service at no cost to the victims.
Principal Karo Gamoga said no one had come forward to use the free service since his firm was engaged last year.
The Huon district joint planning and budget priority committee recognised that many women had become victims of domestic and sexual violence and so it engaged Gamoga Lawyers to provide legal assistance.
