OVER 17,000 Grade 12 students in secondary and national high schools around the country successfully completed their examinations last Friday.
This follows two weeks of examination from Oct 14.
Total number of Grade 12 students this year stands at 17,269.
The 47,346 Grade 10 students from 252 provincial high schools and secondary schools nationwide sat their examination from Oct 1-11.
The Grade 8 national examination will start today with 106,087 students from 2,520 primary schools throughout the nation expected to sit the examination for four days.
The students will do one paper each day.
The exam papers will include : English Paper 1 (Written Expression), English Paper 2, Mathematics and Combined Subjects.
