A 67-year-old man from Morobe was announced as the grand winner of a Yamaha banana boat and outboard motor, thanks to the CHM Group and Ela Motors.

This was not the first time for Salamaua man Otto Ombark to win prizes from CHM promotions.

Last month, he walked away with a motorcycle.

Ombark thanked CHM saying: “I am very thankful for CHM for the competition they put out.

“Now I have a boat to travel from Salamaua to Lae and a motorbike to travel around in the city.”

He said he intends to continue in entering these competitions.

Another lucky customer, 37-year-old Hobson Urubu, was thankful when CHM called him.

Urubu, from Rigo, in Central, was picked as one of the third winner of a Yamaha scooter bike.

“I have been entering many competitions but without any luck. My win with CHM is something I never expected as well and I would like to say thank you to them.”

Urubu said he was able to enter the competition easily because he bought boxes of batteries to resell in his small market.

He said he has yet to make a decision on what to do with his prize.

“Problem is I do not know how to ride a bike, so I really have no idea on what I am going to have to do with the scooter,” he said.

CHM sales manager Reynell Tanag however thanked all their clients who participated in the Panasonic battery promotion.

“Our customers should expect more promotions to come as it would be bigger this time.”
