70 Usino-Bundi students graduate from institute

 THE Jiwaka-based Highlands Youth Training and Rehabilitation Centre (HYTARC) graduated a batch of 70 students from Madang’s Usino-Bundi district last Saturday.

In appreciation of the large number of students from the one district, HYTARC moved its formal graduation ceremony to their district headquarters of Walium.  

HYTARC, a non-governmental organisational has over the past 14 years provided a second chance to school leavers through certificate and diploma courses in sales and marketing, accounting, computing, information technology, business management and administration, office management, tourism and hospitality.
