A Vipers title at last

 AFTER a premiership drought of more than 10 years, finally, a Digicel Cup rugby league title for the capital team to be proud of. The win is a remarkable achievement for everyone involved, particularly the players and the coaching staff. For far too long, the capital team has been a bystander to smaller centres (such as Rabaul, Goroka and Mendi), who have dominated the game at the home of the Vipers. Most certainly, special congratulations to rookie coach Leonard Tarum.
