A little man with a big heart

I would like to thank the Indian Association of PNG and PNGSDP for co-funding the Sogeri National High School clinic.
It is satisfying to see this project completed.
The school board, principal Benny Rayapan, staff and students must do their best to show their gratitude.
A student needs a hygienic and healthy environment to study.
The clinic will not only serve the school but the Koiari community as well.
This is another milestone for Sogeri NHS.
Sogeri NHS started its improvement programme in 2008 under Rayapan.
To secure funds, he even knocked on the doors of perfect strangers for assistance and his tireless endeavour has finally paid off.
The school now has 80 computers, water tanks and now clinic for the students plus many others.
Rayapan has shown that he is indeed “a little man with a big heart”.
