Act of cruelty

 I WISH to express what I felt after a rape publicity last week by a man from my province on a five-year-old girl from Enga. If reported correctly, the five men involved had taken alcohol and then went on the sick act. The maximum penalty should   be given to these offenders if they are found guilty. Even if life-time imprisonment or death penalty is imposed, there will be some justification. They had a bus with a day’s collection, which could have paid for a brothel. I do not understand why people go that low.
