Actions will determine quality of education

 AS a dedicated professional educationist in the  resouce-rich province of Hela , I can smell fishy criteria used to pay out the hard-working teachers’ entitlements.  

I believe the money allocated was used by the new education division personnel to fly to Port Moresby to do postings and  distribute the teachers’ leave fares.

Maybe it is time we change for the betterment of  the teachers.
