Address petty crimes in town

BAG-SNATCHING and pick-pocketing is on the rise in Wewak town.
During paydays, shoppers cannot go about in town freely without constantly checking their bags.
The thieves are everywhere.
The thieves are a same group of people.
The town authorities are not doing anything.
They are turning a blind eye on this.
I believe the only way to help is to publicise such issues so something can be done about it.
