Address poor network reception

AS a faithful customer of Telikom, I am not satisfied with their network services.
Whenever we subscribe for data or fixed wireless broadband passes, we experience poor reception, which result in very low signal strength, especially for Telikom TV.
We are paying for the services without really enjoying it.
Most times, surplus data are left in my wallet because I can’t utilise the services and that is really discouraging.
I’m not sure why I can’t access full network coverage.
I reside at 4-Mile settlement in Lae, which is right in the heart of Lae, but the network is poor.
I even raised my modem up, but nothing changed.
In rare cases, the reception is good, but still not as full as I expect it to be.
Can my service provider do something about this?
